We are holding our AGM on Monday 23rd June 2014, 7pm at Sansome Walk in the basement meeting room.
Nominations for election of members to any office or for membership of the Committee need to be made in writing by the proposer and seconder to the Secretary not later than 14 days before the AGM i.e. 9th June 2014.
Notice of any resolution proposed to be moved at the Annual General Meeting should be given in writing to the Secretary not less than 14 days before the AGM i.e. 9th June 2014.

Members over the age of 18 are eligible to vote if you have been a member for at least 3 months and your fees are fully paid up.
We will contact members nearer the AGM with details of the agenda, nominations and resolutions etc. Also please keep your eyes on the website and notice board.
Nominations for the Committee, either as an Executive Officer, or as an “Ordinary Member” are open to any member of the Club. Anyone wishing to stand for election must inform the Club Secretary in writing not later than 14 days before the closing date, which means this year that you must inform the secretary by Monday 9th June 2014.
