Our Club Championships are held every year and they take place over 7 sessions.
All swimmes are encouraged to enter, although younger swimmers may only do so at the discretion of their coaches.
All strokes and distances are swum, but you can only enter certain events dependant upon your age and gender.
Age Groups Cups are awarded to the best swimmer in an age group, points are awarded for the best swim in each of the following categories and totalled together to determine the winner. (In the case of a draw GB points will be used.)
- Sprint Events (50m Breaststroke, Backstroke, Butterfly or Freestyle)
- 100m Events
- Distance Events (200m, 400m, 800m, 1500m Freestyle)
- Form Events (200m Backstroke, Breaststroke or Butterfly)
- Medley Events (100m, 200m, 400m Individual Medley)
To have the best chance of winning a swimmer should enter at least one event from each category.

If any swimmer wishes to swim an event outside their age group then it will be at the Head Coaches discretion and will be for a time only.
Current 8 year olds eligible to swim County Championships in 2011 will be allowed to swim events up to and including 200m at the discretion of their Coach for a time only, no medals or cups will be awarded for these swims.
All entry forms must be returned to Lizzie Monkhouse together with a CHEQUE made payable to WSC Competitions, by date shown on the entry forms .
