Congratulations to Harry Ackland on breaking the 13-year old boys English record for 100m Breaststroke!!!

Harry trains primarily at Plymouth Leander so it was fitting that it was at PL's own Open Meet at Millfield School on Sat 19th December that Harry demolished the English record for 100m Breaststroke in a stunning Long Course time of 1.09.5

He also came very close to breaking the British record for 200m Breaststroke, his 2.29.4 mere hundredths outside the existing mark
